In 1988, with a simple vision and strong entrepreneurial spirit, Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes was born. Jimmy began building specifically designed custom homes on individual customer-owned lots in his growing hometown of Georgetown, Texas.

Jimmy initially nurtured this drive by working in commercial real estate, where he gained invaluable industry experience and learned the art of meeting customer needs while developing successful projects. While working for a nationally recognized real estate investment firm, Jimmy realized the same skills that had led him to success in commercial real estate could be applied to building homes.
