The Woodland Park Model-the Santa Fe is a 3,900 sq.
ft. Ranch plan and is located at 100 Walnut Tree Loop.
The home sites are very heavily wooded and offer majestic
views of the Texas hill country.
In the Reserve at Berry Creek, the company offers the
San Patricio a 3800 sq. ft. two-story family designed
floor plan. The model is located at 105 Hill Valley
Cove. The Reserve has just opened a new section of home
sites, with 30 heavily wooded estate type lots averaging
a half-acre in size in arguably the finest section of

Shady Oaks Estates is now open to the public.
Located northwest of Georgetown on Hwy 195, this Enclave
development offers very heavily wooded acre-plus home
sites. This community offers low taxes and convenient
location to downtown Georgetown, major medical services,
shopping and retail services, and recreation.
The new model home, The Trinity, is a 3200 sq. ft. single
level contemporary floor plan now available for viewing.

to include the Highland Lakes region of Central Texas
and New Braunfels, TX. As more and more people both
Active Adults and families seeking the second weekend
home are discovering these areas, the company felt its
current product offerings would be perfect for those
markets. They have begun building in two communities
nestled along the banks of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, TX.
The Legends is a golf course community consisting of
lots ranging up to 1 half- acre in size. The community
is located on Lake LBJ and offers beautiful views of
the lake and the Hill-Country. There is an 18-Hole
golf course and convenient access to the lake and park
areas for the homeowners. A new model home, The
Wichita, is presently under construction and will open
in January of 2007. The company offers custom designed

A second community, CK Ranch will offer two different
products for today's diversified home buyers.
There is the traditional single family custom designed
product starting in the low $300's. The company will
also offer in the Fall of 07 a new Garden Home Casita

In New Braunfels we are now building in a beautiful

In the Active Adult Retirement CommunityDivision, the
