You must agree to market your resale home at or below the established market value in order to expedite its sale.

The selling agent of your resale home is paid the contracted commission from your proceeds on the sale and closing of the resale home.

The selling agent's commission paid on the resale home (not to exceed 3%) is reimbursed to you upon closing of the Jimmy Jacobs home. Jimmy Jacobs Homes will reimburse the equal dollar amount towards the closing cost and pre-paids associated with the Jimmy Jacobs home.

The program is based on full price offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or incentives.

The program is good for 90 days on "to-be-built" construction only. If after 60 days, your resale home has not been sold, Jimmy Jacobs Homes reserves the right to accept back-up offers on the home site you had chosen. You will have 48 hours 1st right of refusal. If when you sell your home, there is a new Jimmy Jacobs home already complete or near completion which you desire, you may pursue purchase at that time with program incentives still applicable.
