HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED?
At www.jacobshomes.com we use or may use personally identifiable information that children provide for such purposes as conducting contests and contacting winners to contests and responding to their questions regarding our products or services. We require that your child give us a parent/guardian email address too so that we can tell you they have registered for a promotion or contacted us.
When asked for a name, children may use “screen names” (not a real name) in order to protect their privacy. Before any responses are posted to our website, an editor reviews all the responses received and deletes any personally identifiable information. Once the request is processed or a contest ends, the email is deleted from our data. We do not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that children provide.

If a parent/guardian of a child desires to subscribe for membership on our site, we will collect personal information needed from the parent/guardian to activate membership and send recipient a monthly book or gift. This personal information is secure and will be kept in the strictest confidence and seen only by a limited number of people who will have access to the database servers as well as electronic security systems and password protections which guard against unauthorized access.  The parent/guardian may request to cancel membership by following instructions in our FAQs link and all data will be deleted from our data base.

If a parent/guardian of a child desires to subscribe for membership on our site, we will collect personal information needed from the parent/guardian to activate membership and send recipient a monthly book or gift along with an inspirational, encouraging, daily email directed toward the daily life of an 8- 12 year old child.  This email may be sent to both the parent/guardian email address and the recipient’s email address if desired. For newsletters, your child's email address is collected and maintained by us solely for the purpose of sending your child our daily electronic newsletters.
If a parent requests to have recipient unsubscribed from daily email please contact our customer service. Email subscription will also end if membership is cancelled and all data will be deleted from our data base.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
If you decide to purchase a membership or product, additional information will be required at the time of the purchase. Financial information is not stored by Pink Lemonade LLC and JacobsHomes.com but only by our financial institution for the purpose of processing payments made to JacobsHomes.com. This information is safeguarded with high level security and will never be used for any other purpose. Once customers have successfully entered a valid credit card number/expiration date and completed the membership process, an account will be created and maintained for customers. We use this information to process the member’s monthly subscription fee and to send order confirmations via email.
