Like anyone investing in a home, we were nervous about the quality of the builder’s work, whether there would be unexpected costs when we came to the closing table and the degree of follow-up after completion of the home. With Jimmy Jacobs Homes, all our fears were allayed. We ended up with an exceptionally well built home, our costs came out exactly as agreed upon and the follow-up with needed adjustments was expedient and without hassle.

We presented Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes with a floor plan that we had totally designed ourselves. This plan was handed over to the staff on graph paper, along with a long list of unique features we wanted to include. To our delight, the staff seemed undaunted by our requests and managed to pull it all together into a viable construction blue print. The company architect did an amazing job with our design and offered a number of suggestions which we appreciate each and every day now that we are living in the home. Like any new home, there were adjustments that needed to be made the first year after we moved in. These were each handled in an efficient and hassle-free manner.

When we entered into the building process, we had three major goals for our new home. First it needed to accommodate our large family when they came to visit. Secondly, we wanted to be able to entertain both small and large groups of friends comfortably. And lastly, we wanted the house to be cozy and convenient for the two of us. With the expertise of Jimmy Jacobs Homes, we successfully managed all three. The first question our guests usually ask is, "Who built your home?"

And during the quiet times when it's just the two of us, we are so grateful that our home turned out just as we had dreamed. It fits our needs beautifully, our utilities are surprisingly reasonable, and a day doesn't go by that we don't enjoy the special amenities that we built into it.

We now have been in our home for 2 ½ years, and while we plan to live here for many more years, if we were to build another home it would definitely be with Jimmy Jacobs Homes.
