From the moment we walked through the models we knew this is where we wanted to build. Our sales person was the best we ever encountered (and we have built 2 other homes in the Austin area and bought 2 others new). She listened to what we wanted and showed us the perfect lot; she handled all of the paperwork effortlessly and made us feel like we were valued customers. And she didn't stop there, every month while we were building she sent me emails and the community newsletter, so by the time we moved in I felt at home. Your construction superintendent was just as amazing. He listened and make sure we felt a part of the building process. He was always on time for meetings, had some very good ideas about the placement of things in the house and has been a total joy to work with. If we emailed him with a question he made sure to get back quickly and our house shows the pride he takes in his work.

Our decorating consultant made it so easy to go through and make our selections. By the time we were finished I truly felt like our home would be "one of a kind" and it is. She took my crude drawings of an entertainment center and built in bookcase and turned them into amazing built-ins.

The whole building experience was "stress less" thanks to your staff and the quality of our new home is evident from the front to back. We look forward to many happy years here. Like anyone investing in a home, we were nervous about the quality of the builder's work, whether there would be unexpected costs when we came to the closing table and the degree of follow-up after completion of the home. With Jimmy Jacobs Homes, all our fears were allayed. We ended up with an exceptionally well built home, our costs came out exactly as agreed upon and the follow-up with needed adjustments was expedient and without hassle.

We presented Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes with a floor plan that we had totally designed ourselves. This plan was handed over to the staff on graph paper, along with a long list of unique features we wanted to include. To our delight, the staff seemed undaunted by our requests and managed to pull it all together into a viable construction blue print. The company architect did an amazing job with our design and offered a number of suggestions which we appreciate each and every day now that we are living in the home. Like any new home, there were adjustments that needed to be made the first year after we moved in. These were each handled in an efficient and hassle-free manner.

And during the quiet times when it's just the two of us, we are so grateful that our home turned out just as we had dreamed. It fits our needs beautifully, our utilities are surprisingly reasonable, and a day doesn't go by that we don't enjoy the special amenities that we built into it.

We now have been in our home for 2 1/2 years, and while we plan to live here for many more years, if we were to build another home it would definitely be with Jimmy Jacobs Homes.

We can't say enough about our project builder! He was our eyes, ears and overseer of this property all during the 3 1/2 months before we returned here to close and move in. I don't know what we would have done without him! He treated everything as though this were his own home he was building and he kept us apprised of everything as they went along. The sales professional sent photos of the progress so we really felt like we were a part of the process even while we were in California.
